The 5 rules to deliver an unforgettable “I love you”
This morning I woke up excited by the anniversary that falls today: Valentine’s Day! Whether you want it or not, Valentine’s Day stirs the hearts and colors all cities red and fills them with hearts. You feel united by the power of love and even if you live it daily, the feeling is amplified by celebrating it all together.
For singles it can be difficult or time of hope, but don’t worry because love exists, just trust and listen to your Inborn Voice.
With the enthusiasm of a little girl I decided to write this post and to share with you the hidden strength in our voice that can spread in the world bringing love and why not, sensuality.
Let’s take a little step back to pay tribute to the legend of Valentine’s Day. It is said that he used to give young lovers a flower from his garden, a rose, as a good omen for their love. One of these roses gave birth to a great love that proved to be lasting and happy. So from flower to flower this beautiful anniversary spread.
Who is pierced by Cupid’s arrow suddenly finds himself talking with his eyes, having a dumb smile on his face and unable to think of anything but his soul mate. Certainly the feelings that are moved inside are not easy to manage or to communicate.
You have no idea how many people contact me to rehearse that “I love you” or a speech at the wedding.
How nice to see them turning red, hesitant, smiling, living in love.
So here are the 5 nice rules on how to practice delivering “I Love You”.
- Stand in front of the mirror and say how much air comes out and condenses on the mirror.
- Move your lips to form a heart to the best of your ability.
- Close your eyes and listen to each other
- Take a breath but not too much!
- Convey all your feelings and let out the same vibrations that tickle and make butterflies dance in your stomach and voilà
These simple rules will give you the magic to look at yourselves, feel yourselves, collect yourselves and let yourself be carried away by the most beautiful feeling in the world the rest will be love.
