Cookie policy
By visiting the Site, web and mobile, with your browser set to accept cookies and continuing browsing (ie: closing the banner with the "short" information, scrolling the page or clicking on any element), you consent to the use of cookies as described in this Cookie Policy and in the privacy policies specific to the sites owned by Inborn Voice, including inbornvoice.com.
This Cookie Policy, provided by Inborn Voice as the Owner, is intended to illustrate the types and purposes of cookies used by Inborn Voice's sites and to allow you to express your preferences regarding the use of cookies. We would like to inform you that the new European Privacy Regulation 2016/679 "GDPR", effective from 25 May 2018, does not introduce new provisions regarding the management of cookies, as adopted by Inborn Voice in accordance with the provisions of the European legislation in force. Inborn Voice Sites use cookies or markers, which are technically packages of information sent by a web server to the visitor's/user's Internet browser and automatically stored by the visitor/user on the device (personal computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) and automatically sent back to the server each time the Site is accessed. The cookie can only be used by the web server that issued it (or by any third party with whom it was originally shared); this means, for example, that the cookies generated by Inborn Voice cannot be read by third party servers.
Through this Cookie Policy you can express your preferences regarding the various types of cookies and change them at a later date. These preferences will be recorded in a special "technical consent cookie", relative to the browser you are currently browsing, which will be updated according to any changes to the preferences you wish to express over time. If you access the Inborn Voice sites with a different browser or other device, you will be offered a new banner for your consent and an additional technical cookie will be generated. If, after you have expressed your preferences, you subsequently decide to delete all cookies, the technical cookie will also be deleted and therefore you will again be asked to give your consent to the installation of cookies.
Some cookies are necessary for the correct delivery of the site or useful for a personalized use of it; in this case, their inhibition may compromise some functionality of the site.
By default, almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. Visitors/users can still change the default configuration, as explained in more detail below in this Policy.

A) Types of Cookies
Persistent cookies : These cookies remain stored on the user's/visitor's device until they expire. They are used to facilitate navigation within the site and its proper use, to facilitate access to services that require authentication (avoiding that users have to re-enter the authentication credentials at each access to services), for statistical purposes and to know which areas of the site have been visited.
Session cookies : These cookies are not permanently stored on the user's/visitor's device and disappear when the browser is closed. They are used in order to transmit the session identifiers necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site. Session cookies used on Inborn Voice sites avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of users/visitors' navigation and are also used to improve the provision of services..
First Party Cookies : may be either persistent or session-based; they are managed directly by the owner and/or manager of the Site and are used exclusively to ensure its technical functioning (the so-called "technical cookies").
Third party cookies
: they too can be either persistent or session-based; they are
generated and managed by persons in charge outside the website
visited by the user and are used, for example, to know the
number of pages visited within the website itself (the
so-called "statistical cookies" or "cookie analytics").
For the sake of clarity, it is explicit that Inborn Voice does
not use any marketing or advertising system on its Sites.
B) Main purposes of cookies
Technical cookies : are the cookies necessary to allow you to navigate the site and use certain products and services. They are used to ensure certain security measures of the site and allow or monitor its proper functioning.
Statistics or analytics cookies : These cookies are used to monitor the performance of the site, for example to know the number of pages visited or the number of users who have viewed a particular section. The analysis of these cookies generates anonymous and aggregated statistical data without any reference to the identity of the site's surfers. They are also useful to evaluate any changes and improvements to be made to the site itself.
Preference storage cookies : are useful cookies to facilitate the correct use of the site by the user and to create a browsing experience that meets the expectations expressed. They are used, for example, to keep track of GDPR-related preferences.
Advertising cookies : Inborn Voice does not use any of these cookies and does not collect profiling or marketing information.
Social Network Cookies : These are cookies that allow you to share with other users the content of the site you are visiting or to express your opinion about it. These cookies are typically used to activate the "Like" or "Follow" functions of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, just to name a few. These features allow Social Networks to identify their users and collect information even while browsing other sites. Inborn Voice recommends that you consult the privacy policy of each of the Social Networks you use to learn about the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data by them.

Services Delivery
Inborn Voice does not refund or return credit for deposits, lessons, classes, masterclasses, or workshops missed or in which you are unable to attend in whole or in part. The refund policy for in-person events is simple: no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date or for events not paid in full. If cancellation is made at least 31 days before the event, a Voucher of 50% of the admission price is provided. The same Voucher will be provided if attendance is precluded due to confirmed public order problems (the remaining 50% will still cover the cost of organizing the event). Insurance covering cancellation of one's participation in an in-person workshop or course is available upon request for an additional fee.
Your session schedule will be assigned regularly on a weekly basis via email. You will be responsible for checking your email and report any issue with the schedule in a timely manner, always via email. If you miss your scheduled session for any reason, without giving 48 hours notice, the session will be considered a completed one and will not be replaced, rescheduled or refunded. If you are late in participating your scheduled session, it will end at its regularly scheduled time, irrespective of its duration and will be considered a completed session. Students can ask to moved or reschedule their session only within a 48 hours notice and only via email. If a reschedule is not possible, then that will be considered as a make-up session. Make up session will only extend the duration of one or more future sessions and cannot be scheduled independently. This opportunity if offered only to ongoing students and with at least 5 sessions available or with the purchase of a new package.
Each package of lessons is purchased with a regular schedule of sessions (weekly or biweekly) for its entire duration and it will end at it's planned expiration. Any change to frequency, duration or other aspect related to the sessions must be agreed in advance directly with Inborn Voice via email. If it becomes impossible to satisfy the request, each session that cannot be delivered will be automatically considered as make-up, and their time will be added to future sessions.
If a student interrupts a session package before the last session, the price of any already used session will be recalculated as a single session (this usually means an increase of every lesson price by 35%). Any eventual Make up session will expire with its package.
Group events that are held online can only be rescheduled 72 hours in advance. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your seat to another person, or request a voucher that can be used for other Inborn Voice services. Failure to attend online group events, in whole or in part, will not entitle you to any rights, refunds or vouchers.
With the purchase of any packages of 5 of more sessions, event, class or workshop, you acknowledge that you understand and agree with all these rules.
You understands that purchased Coaching sessions are not psychological, couples, financial, wealth of any other kind of therapy or counseling. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inborn Voice, their officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, demands, suits, expenses, costs, judgments or other charges incurred by you as a result of your choice to participate in these coaching sessions. You will not hold Inborn Voice or its Coaches or other employees responsible for any negligent actions or adverse results, whether known or unknown, that you may incur or suffer as a result of the coaching sessions you receive. If you feel the need to hire a therapist or counselor, it is your responsibility to find a suitable one.
