Participating in a TEDx event is always a special experience, but the 2025 edition of TEDx Courmayeur brings with it a particular energy. The theme, “New Roots,” speaks of connections and transformations, of what anchors us and what propels us toward the future. It is precisely in this space suspended between identity and change that Mylena Vocal Coach, an internationally recognized voice for her unique ability to bring out the authentic essence of each person, will take the stage. The themes of identity and voice are central to the experience of defining one’s personal brand according to the Inborn Voice method.

Coaching when aimed at top executives or would-be executives is aimed at both maximizing performance and mental and physical well-being. It is good to remember that the best executives choose this path not because they feel the desire to do so, but because they feel that no one else is capable of that task better than they are. It is equally good to remember that the main working tool of every executive is precisely his or her voice and ability to express ideas, visions, and directives.

Today sees the release of an interview of mine that deals with a subject that is very close to my heart, that is what is defined as “personal brand” in today’s jargon. It is titled “Mylena vocal coach, personal brand to be expressed out loud“. In fact, my work has been intimately linked to the idea of “personal brand” for more than 20 years, and it is no coincidence that all my vocal coaching workshops are titled “Identity and Voice”. Even the most prestigious universities have recognized me as the pioneer and leading exponent, capable of connecting the world of voice to the world of business.

As a Topic Expert for Personal Development Course at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – International Management Class – Faculty of Economics and Law, I have to present to the class some topic that are still not present in the textbooks but have a huge impact on understanding what is a real “effective communication”.

Books are always written to spread the knowledge of some sort of pioneer in the field, so at this moment in history it is normal that what I talk about and do for work, is a total innovation. I have not yet published an official “textbook” on my work, but it’s in the works!
