Vocal Awareness is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your voice authentically and healthily. This category explores the voice not just as a communication tool, but as a direct expression of your inner state, emotions, and personality. Through targeted techniques, practical exercises, and theoretical insights, you learn to perceive the nuances of your voice, improve clarity, tone, and pitch, and use it intentionally in every context, from personal to professional.
The most common question I’m asked, either in person or via email, is “I don’t understand what Inborn Voice is,” or “What’s the difference between Inborn Voice and the traditional vocal Coaching?
The simplest and most understandable answer is “Try to believe”. In fact, it only takes one session to understand how effective and different the Inborn Voice method is from what we are used to.
You will all have heard or spoken languages such as Italian, French or Spanish. I could also make the comparison with languages further away from ours, such as Japanese, but I think it is appropriate to consider Spanish as is the most widely spoken language in the world.
The words we use to describe an object, a situation or an emotion are “containers”, more or less precise, of an idea that is born and lives inside us.

If you look carefully at people who have “deserved” and not “got” some kind of personal affirmation in their professional or social life, it will be easy to notice differences with a normal person. Substantial differences are not related to a sophisticated way of using their voice, an elegant dress or a plethora of “followers”. In fact, all these elements can be added, constructed or even purchased. One should observe carefully to note that the differences are not added elements, but removed elements.
Many of my clients, professionals, entrepreneurs, CEOs, but also actors and singers, come to me after attending some kind of vocal training, from diction to acting, from presentation to public speaking, which is a pretext to teach them, or to add, something more.

Whether you want it or not, Valentine’s Day stirs the hearts and colors all cities red and fills them with hearts. You feel united by the power of love and even if you live it daily, the feeling is amplified by celebrating it all together.
For singles it can be difficult or time of hope, but don’t worry because love exists, just trust and listen to your Inborn Voice.
With the enthusiasm of a little girl I decided to write this post and to share with you the hidden strength in our voice that can spread in the world bringing love and why not, sensuality.
Let’s take a little step back to pay tribute to the legend of Valentine’s Day. It is said that he used to give young lovers a flower from his garden, a rose, as a good omen for their love. One of these roses gave birth to a great love that proved to be lasting and happy. So from flower to flower this beautiful anniversary spread.

Some are searching to improve their presentation skills, some are willing to give a boost to their career with some voice training, some are just searching to love their voices once again. But almost every one of them asks me a single question. What is this Inborn Voice I am always talking about?
When it comes to voice training, there are many ways to actually train people’s voices. The most frequent and abused one is “by repetition”. The coach will let you repeat endlessly some exercises with the promise to “improve” your voice in a few sessions. Most of the time your voice will change, that’s for sure. But change is not always an improvement.
This is certainly nothing new: various branches of science, from psychology to medicine, have been saying for some time that moods are somehow “contagious” and are transmitted from one individual to another.
Those who are familiar with my work know that everything is vibration, so I am not at all surprised. The human voice carries so many secrets and this is one of the simplest. When you listen to the voice of a charismatic leader, a positive person, you are overwhelmed by positive energy and the desire to do and create is triggered. By listening to the voice of a negative or sad person, you lose the will to do or you increase anger and fear.
The study involved more than 50,000 people and focused on work productivity, but the data that emerged is also very interesting for those who are dedicated to improving the voice of people.
